What Wellness Looks Like Here

The blog was quiet for a while — but sometimes a pause isn't an absence. Sometimes it's part of the practice. Here's what wellness looks like at MTEDWellness now.

What Wellness Looks Like Here

If you read my last post, Same Heart, New Home, you know that MTEDWellness is growing into something that feels both new and familiar.

And if you've been here for a while, you may have noticed something else: the blog got a little quiet.

While I continued showing up and sharing through social media, I intentionally allowed this space to pause.

Life was full. I was working, building and growing Latched on Hope & Wellness, navigating the everyday responsibilities that come with wearing many hats, and becoming much more intentional about creating work-life balance.

In other words, I was practicing some of the very things I talk about here.

I didn't want to keep producing content simply for the sake of staying consistent. I wanted the next phase of MTEDWellness to have clarity and purpose. I needed time to think about what I wanted this space to become, how I wanted to serve, and what truly belonged under the MTEDWellness umbrella.

Sometimes growth looks like movement.

Sometimes it looks like a pause long enough to ask, "Does this still fit where I'm going?"

Now, I'm happy with the direction we're moving in.

The heart of MTEDWellness hasn't changed. But the way we're making space for wellness has evolved.

For a long time, wellness has been packaged as something we have to perfect: the perfect morning routine, the perfect diet, the perfect workout schedule, the perfect version of ourselves.

That's not what I want this space to be.

At More Than Enough Drip Wellness, wellness is about learning what supports you.

It can look like taking a few intentional breaths before responding to a stressful moment. Getting outside for ten minutes. Drinking more water. Moving your body in a way that feels good. Creating boundaries. Eating something that nourishes you. Resting without feeling like you have to earn it.

Sometimes wellness is adding something.

Sometimes it's letting something go.

And sometimes it's simply noticing what your body, mind, and life have been trying to tell you.

That's the kind of wellness we'll explore here: practical, whole-person, and rooted in real life.

You'll find conversations and resources around mindfulness, stress management, nourishment, movement, rest, self-care, personal growth, and the everyday habits that help us feel more connected to ourselves.

There will be room to learn, experiment, reset, and grow — without turning wellness into another thing on your to-do list.

No perfection required.

Just curiosity, intention, and a willingness to begin where you are.

So yes, the blog was quiet for a while.

But sometimes a pause isn't an absence.

Sometimes it's part of the practice.

Welcome back to MTEDWellness.

You are already more than enough. Let's build wellness from there.
