Wellness Education and Coaching
MTEDWellness provides general wellness education, wellness coaching, educational content, and related resources.
MTEDWellness services are not medical care, mental health treatment, medical nutrition therapy, physical therapy, or another licensed clinical service. MTEDWellness does not diagnose medical conditions, prescribe medications or supplements, provide therapeutic diets, or provide treatment for disease.
Information provided through the website, blog, videos, social media, educational materials, workshops, or coaching services is intended for general educational and wellness purposes.
You should seek appropriate professional care for medical, nutritional, mental health, or other concerns requiring licensed or specialized care.
Client Responsibility
Wellness coaching is a collaborative process. You are responsible for deciding whether and how to implement information, goals, strategies, or lifestyle changes discussed through MTEDWellness.
You are encouraged to consult an appropriate healthcare professional before making changes that may affect an existing health condition, treatment plan, medication, or professional recommendation.
MTEDWellness does not guarantee specific health, wellness, financial, or other outcomes from coaching, educational content, products, or services.
Appointments and Payment
Payment is required to confirm a paid MTEDWellness appointment unless otherwise stated.
Appointments may be rescheduled without penalty with at least 24 hours' notice.
For a first cancellation made with less than 24 hours' notice, MTEDWellness may allow one courtesy transfer of the payment to a rescheduled appointment. Subsequent late cancellations may result in forfeiture of the appointment fee.
Appointments missed without notice may result in forfeiture of the appointment fee. A new appointment may require new payment.
Late arrival does not extend the scheduled appointment time.
If MTEDWellness must cancel an appointment, you may reschedule without additional charge or receive a refund for the canceled service.
Reasonable exceptions may be considered for emergencies or extraordinary circumstances.
Referrals and Scope of Practice
If your needs fall outside the scope of MTEDWellness, you may be encouraged to seek assistance from an appropriate healthcare professional, registered dietitian, mental health professional, pharmacist, physical therapist, qualified complementary-health professional, community resource, or other provider.
Dedicated pregnancy, childbirth, postpartum, lactation, childbirth education, and doula services are provided separately through Latched on Hope & Wellness rather than through MTEDWellness.
A referral does not establish a professional relationship with the referred provider or guarantee that a particular service will be appropriate or available.
Website and Educational Content
MTEDWellness may publish articles, recipes, videos, wellness education, food content, discussions of herbs or supplements, AI-assisted educational media, and information about wellness products, practices, or trends.
This content is provided for general informational and educational purposes and should not be interpreted as individualized healthcare advice.
References to research, traditional practices, personal experiences, foods, herbs, supplements, products, or wellness practices do not constitute a prescription or recommendation that every individual should use them.
Digital Products
Digital products are intended for the purchaser's personal use unless otherwise stated.
Because digital products may be delivered immediately, sales of downloadable materials may be final once access or delivery has occurred, except where otherwise required by law or expressly stated at purchase.
Intellectual Property
Unless otherwise stated, original MTEDWellness website content, educational materials, graphics, frameworks, worksheets, videos, written materials, and digital products are owned by or licensed to MTEDWellness.
Content may not be reproduced, republished, sold, distributed, or commercially used without permission.
